Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by CS Clay Tile, 2 Market Place, Unit D, Palm Coast, FL 32137.
Product information, and its limits
This site publishes dimensions, minimum pitches, weights, unit counts, colors and fittings for our clay roof tiles. That information is published in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make it, but it is descriptive — it is not a specification you should build from on its own.
A roof is governed by the installation guide for the profile you are laying, by the published approvals that apply to it, and by the building code in force where the building stands. Where anything on this site differs from those documents, those documents are correct and this site is not.
Nothing on this site is a warranty, a guarantee of performance, or a substitute for advice from a licensed roofing contractor, engineer or building official. Ask us for the installation guide before you specify or lay the tile — we would rather send it than have someone work from a web page.
Colors and samples
Fired clay varies. The color images on this site are photographs and renders shown on your screen, and no screen reproduces a fired clay finish exactly. Natural variation between tiles, and between production runs, is a property of the material rather than a defect. This is exactly why we send samples, and why you should look at one in daylight before you commit.
What you send us
When you fill in a form, please give us information that is accurate and yours to give. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy. Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful, or to send bulk or automated submissions.
Our content
The text, photography, drawings and design on this site belong to CS Clay Tile or to Coelho da Silva, except where credited otherwise. You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Product names and marks shown here belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link to somewhere else, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it, including product information, without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CS Clay Tile is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, as distinct from the documents and approvals that govern an installation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Flagler County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed.
